Renewable Energy Business Integration Specialist

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Renewable Energy Business Integration Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to be part of an organisation dedicated to nation-building renewable energy projects.
In this role, you will work closely with Technology Business Partners to support and drive business goals, engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.
You will apply business analysis skills to help shape and refine business initiatives and assist in preparing and developing business cases by providing analytical insights and support.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration and mutual understanding between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
About You- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a business analyst role or similar, with a focus on technology and business integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into IT requirements.
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and best practices.
This role comes with a competitive salary package, including a base salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus superannuation benefits.
