Building Manager

About the Role:

The Building Management Service (BMS) is seeking a motivated team player to fulfill the position of Building Manager. The BMS is responsible for providing accommodation services and developing, maintaining and implementing related facilities management policies, contracts and programs.

The Building Manager will provide onsite assistance for all building related matters as well as administrative duties for the building. The successful applicant will have sound customer experience and will work collaboratively with all occupants of the building to assist in the delivery of high-quality service from the BMS team.

This position requires the successful applicant to work from the building and act as Chief Warden in the event of an emergency. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide onsite assistance for all building related matters
  2. Perform administrative duties for the building
  3. Act as Chief Warden in the event of an emergency
Requirements:
  • Ability to write to a high standard
  • Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Suite
  • Hold a current driver's license
