Facility Operations Manager Position

Job Overview

The Facility Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for members at our aquatic facility. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the facility, managing staff, monitoring financial performance, and implementing marketing strategies to increase membership.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Manage staff scheduling and training to ensure seamless operation of the facility.
  • Financial Performance: Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for cost savings and implement measures to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing plans to attract new members and retain existing ones.
  • Compliance: Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years management experience in a similar industry.
  • Performance Record: Proven track record of increasing revenue and improving operational efficiency.
  • Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage staff and lead by example.
