We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Professional to oversee general office administration and ensure a well-organised and efficient workspace.
Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries with professionalism and efficiency. You will also coordinate and prepare various documents, reports, and correspondence.
Maintaining accurate records and databases is crucial for this role. Additionally, you will assist with financial administration, including invoicing and reconciliation.
Other key responsibilities include managing office supplies and equipment, supporting the team with various administrative tasks as required, and acting as a key point of contact for clients and external stakeholders.
About the Role:- Proven experience in an administrative or senior administrative role.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
