Site Administrator – FIFO from Adelaide | 8/6 Roster | 3-Month Contract

Location: Remote SA Uranium Mine (FIFO from Adelaide)

Roster: 8 Days On / 6 Days Off – Great work-life balance

Rate: $45 - $50/hr + Super on ALL hours

Contract: Short-Term – 3 Months

Start Date: ASAP

BELAYR is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our client's team at a remote uranium mining operation in South Australia. This short-term contract is perfect for an organised, people-focused professional who thrives on keeping things moving and supporting a busy site team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Keeping site operations running smoothly through efficient travel and accommodation bookings
  • Managing site access requirements including security cards
  • Providing friendly, helpful administrative support while building strong relationships across the site
  • Completing data entry, document management, and database updates accurately and on time

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a Site Administration role within mining, construction, or heavy industry
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Confident with Microsoft Office
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport easily
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Must be able to pass a police check
  • Full Australian working rights
