Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated clinical pharmacist to join our team. As a clinical pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications in our hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drug Utilization: Ensure that medications are used appropriately in accordance with hospital policy and formulary guidelines.
  • Patient Care: Participate in ward rounds and planning meetings to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Professional Development: Develop your skills in various hospital pharmacy settings and contribute to clinical pharmacy research projects.
  • Support to Medical and Nursing Staff: Provide exceptional support to medical and nursing staff in their medication-related queries and concerns.
About the Role

This is a part-time role requiring 48 hours per fortnight. You will have access to five weeks annual leave and salary packaging benefits. Our team is committed to providing high-quality service and achieving excellent health and wellbeing for all.
