About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Team Leader to serve as a subject matter expert for clinical matters and provide guidance and leadership to our dedicated clinical team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-focused services while driving billable hours and meeting customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, client-focused services
  • Drive billable hours and meet customer needs
  • Mentor and develop clinical employees
  • Foster a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and excellence
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the clinical team
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration as a registered clinician, Registered Nurse (Division 1), or Allied Health professional (Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist)
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead a remote workforce
  • Strong experience as a Registered Nurse/Allied Health professional
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong internal relationships
  • Ability to provide advice and guidance on complex care, clinical hazards, escalations, or incidents
  • A strong customer experience focus gained through working in a similar or comparable industry
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, identifying issues and potential solutions
  • Advanced computer skills, including word, excel, power point, and database management
  • Understanding of auditing and legislation requirements and ability to interpret accordingly
