Pathways Team Leader

About the Role
As a Pathways Team Leader, you will provide leadership to a Clinical Team responsible for case management, counseling, and group work delivery. You will support the team to provide integrated, holistic wrap-around support to vulnerable and marginalized communities.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a leadership role in a community services setting
- Strong clinical expertise in counseling and case management
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of BaptistCare's values and principles of best practice
