Clinical Team Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Team Leader to serve as a subject matter expert for clinical matters and provide guidance and leadership to our dedicated clinical team. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-focused services while driving billable hours and meeting customer needs.
You will play a crucial role in mentoring and developing our clinical employees, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and excellence. Your expertise in clinical best practices will be essential in guiding our team to deliver superior customer outcomes and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clinical practice, with a deep understanding of healthcare protocols and procedures. Strong leadership skills are paramount, as you will be responsible for motivating and empowering your team to achieve both individual and collective goals.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a registered clinician, Registered Nurse (Division 1), or Allied Health professional (Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist)
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead a remote workforce
- Strong experience as a Registered Nurse/Allied Health professional
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong internal relationships
- Ability to provide advice and guidance on complex care, clinical hazards, escalations or incidents
- A strong customer experience focus gained through working in a similar or comparable industry
- Demonstrated ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and proactively, identifying issues and potential solutions
- Advanced computer skills including word, excel, power point, database management
- Understanding of auditing and legislation requirements and ability to interpret accordingly
