Pathways Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pathways Team Leader to join our team at BaptistCare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our Clinical Team, ensuring they deliver high-quality, integrated services to vulnerable and marginalized communities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and oversight to the Clinical Team, promoting a culture of excellence and best practice.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance, productivity, and client outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including students and volunteers, to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Embed BaptistCare's values and principles in all aspects of team leadership, ensuring a strong Christian identity and ethos.
- Postgraduate degree in Counselling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years' experience in a leadership role, preferably in a community-based setting.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality services, with a focus on client-centered care and outcomes.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex situations and crises.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work within an integrated approach, incorporating strengths-based and narrative practices.
- Experience working with diverse client groups, including women from CALD backgrounds and individuals with complex concerns.
