As a skilled Architectural Draftsperson/Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the residential landscape through innovative and energy-efficient designs. Our dynamic team seeks a talented individual with strong technical skills in CAD software to join our growing firm in Perth, Western Australia.
">Key Responsibilities:">- Lead client-facing sketch and planning design phases, effectively communicating with clients to deliver exceptional results.
- Collaborate with our offshore team to develop council-ready documentation, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Work across a diverse project portfolio, including luxury two-storey homes, coastal builds, boutique renovations, and small commercial projects.
- Engage in energy-efficient and sustainable design practices, incorporating Passive House (Passivhaus) principles into your work.
