Requirements:
  • Proven retail management experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of key performance indicators for a retail business
  • Ability to lead teams, train new staff, and develop talent
  • Understanding of rostering, driving sales growth, and optimizing operations
  • Tyre fitting experience will be advantageous
