Job Title: Technical Standards Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Standards Engineer.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in technical standards, governance, and assurance within a complex operational environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and delivery of operations engineering standards roadmaps.
  • Align design and operational standards through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage change processes to support assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance technical frameworks and competencies.
  • Monitor and report on technical compliance through performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to foster capability development.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in technical standards, governance, or assurance within a complex operational environment.
  • Understanding of assurance processes, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead work and influence teams, focusing on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Effective communication skills with a track record of building relationships across teams.
  • Strong experience in technical writing, particularly in the development of technical documents.
