Program Overview

This role oversees the development and implementation of cardiovascular clinical programs, ensuring seamless coordination of care across the BCVI spectrum. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration and be able to effectively lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction for cardiovascular clinical programs, including developing business cases and managing resources.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and improved outcomes.
  • Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve patient satisfaction.

About You

You will require a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Communications, or a related field, as well as current licensure as a Registered Nurse, Advanced Practice Nurse (APN), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physical Therapist. Five to eight years' experience in a relevant role, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management and organizational skills, analysis and problem-solving skills, excellent oral and communication skills, and ability to establish and maintain working relationships at all levels are also essential.

Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in MBA or MHA, certification in area of specialty or administration.
