Lead our confidence Journey as Clinic Manager at Laser Clinics Wagga Wagga

As Clinic Manager, you'll guide our team in helping clients achieve their version of FEELING GOOD by:

  1. Leading by Example: Motivate your team to excel in their roles and achieve KPIs, leaving them feeling empowered.
  2. Operational Excellence: Oversee smooth day-to-day clinic operations and manage staffing needs for optimal coverage.
  3. Client Experience: Deliver our Customer Value Proposition to exceed client expectations and be the one they rave about
  4. Business Growth: Drive clinic profitability and expansion, igniting a sense of WICKED ambition.
We'd Feel ELECTRIC If You Have
  1. Formal qualification in Beauty (i.e. Cert IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy).
  2. Experience in a clinical or aesthetic environment preferred.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Business acumen and passion for the beauty industry.
  5. Focus on excellent customer service and results.
