About the Role

Ultra Maritime is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, where you will be responsible for the commercial and contract management for our contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Project Manager to prepare, review, and negotiate contract change documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and customer agreements.
  • Monitor contract performance, identifying and mitigating commercial risks, and developing strategies to optimize contract value.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent degree.
  • Proven experience in commercial contract management, preferably in a Defence, aerospace, or security environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
