With a focus on delivering exceptional results, we are seeking an accomplished Site Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of services including Reactive and Preventative Management, Building Maintenance, and Cleaning Services at a reputable university site in Leura.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in site management, with experience in soft and hard property coordination and/or university property management. They will also possess strong project management skills, excellent leadership and people management abilities, and effective communication skills.

In addition to their technical expertise, the ideal candidate will have the ability to follow processes and procedures to achieve contract compliance, while maintaining high customer service standards and fostering a positive team environment.

  1. Develop and maintain effective business relationships with clients and customers.
  2. Provide leadership to your team to achieve business objectives, including fostering a culture where safety is a core value.
  3. Manage the delivery of Emergency, Environmental and Work Health and Safety requirements of the University Campus facilities and its hospitality & corporate offices and its licenced area.
  4. Review policy and procedures as they pertain to the management of the site.
  5. Provide weekly and monthly reports on a strict timeline.
