About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled lawyer to join our Insurance practice as a Senior Associate/Special Counsel.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality legal services to clients across various areas of insurance law, including workers' compensation, recoveries, and liability.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in insurance law, preferably on the defendant side, who can contribute to the success of our practice and help us grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing expert legal advice to clients on insurance-related matters;
  • Conducting thorough investigations and analyzing complex data to identify potential claims and risks;
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to manage and mitigate claims;
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders, such as underwriters and risk managers, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration;
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in insurance laws and regulations, and applying this knowledge to inform our clients' decisions;
