Job Title: Legal Advisor

As a seasoned legal advisor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice to our clients. Your expertise in the field of industry regulation and consumer protection will be essential in advising on the interpretation and application of legislation administered by us.

You will work closely with our team to conduct straightforward litigation, appearing as counsel and representing us in various legal matters. Your ability to prepare legal documents and provide accurate advice will be crucial in ensuring that we operate within the boundaries of the law.

Qualifications and Licenses
  • A degree in Law is a minimum requirement for this role.
  • Current Australian practicing certificate is necessary to engage in legal practice as a government legal practitioner or eligible to obtain one prior to commencement of employment.
