Job Opportunity:

This growing organisation is seeking an experienced legal advisor to join its high-performing team.

The successful candidate will become a key partner, supporting various functions including commercial, finance, projects, operations, human resources and corporate governance.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Providing strategic advice across a wide range of commercial, corporate, contractual and regulatory matters.
  • Drafting and negotiating complex contracts including procurement, banking and confidentiality agreements.
