Job Opportunity: Event Operations Coordinator

Reporting to the Event Operations Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating daily operations of WIN Sports & Entertainment Centres venues (WIN Stadium / WIN Entertainment Centre) including communication with clients, production requirements coordination, security and ushering tasks, cleaning activities, and development of resource and energy management programs.

  • - Strong communication and influencing skills;
  • - Demonstrated experience in working/operating in large event environments;
  • - Knowledge and some experience working with technical services including sound, lighting, AV, and rigging;
  • - Proven ability and success in coordinating events and delivering for the client;

This role requires flexibility and may involve working outside normal hours, including evenings and weekends.
