As an Office Administrator, you will be working in a dynamic environment with a globally recognized reputation for providing high-quality tailored services. The Asia Pacific, Europe, North, Central and South America, and Africa regions are covered by our offices.

This maternity leave fixed-term cover position is located in our Wollongong office. You will work hands-on, enthusiastically, and experienced with excellent organisational skills/multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting in the daily running of the office.
  2. Coordinating events and activities for the office.
  3. Entering and tracking office vehicle log book details.
  4. Reconciliation of credit card statements and office expenses.
  5. Assisting with office health and safety management.
  6. Assisting project managers in drafting proposals and tenders.
  7. Providing general support to the Office Manager, other managers, and technical support staff.

You will need to have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role. Experience within consulting/professional services or an interest in an environmental solutions firm will be advantageous.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills/multitasking abilities.

Experience in a similar role is required with at least 2-3 years of tenure.

Consulting or professional services experience would be beneficial as well as an interest in environmental solutions.
