Our organisation is seeking an experienced Nurse to provide high quality clinical care to the elderly in a supportive team environment.

About the Role

This is a mid-senior level position that involves managing and directing healthcare professionals in day-to-day activities, as well as participating in continuous improvement processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and manage high-quality care needs of residents while ensuring respect and dignity for all
  • Manage and direct healthcare staff in daily activities
  • Support management to achieve effective facility operations
  • Record accurate medical records in line with documentation guidelines
  • Comply with workplace health and safety legislation
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Registered Nurse registration with relevant professional authority
  • A minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Effective communication skills with residents, families and staff
  • A strong passion for working with the elderly and commitment to ongoing professional development
