About the JobAs a dedicated Registered Nurse, you will deliver comprehensive palliative nursing care across various healthcare settings. This includes care for inpatients referred to the consultation service, clients at home or in residential aged care facilities (RACFs), and supporting intake and triage functions.
You will work collaboratively with an experienced multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated compassionate care that supports patients and their families through end-of-life care, including bereavement support and advanced care planning.
