Job Summary:

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Payroll System Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing payroll systems to ensure seamless financial operations.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document current payroll processes.
  • Create and map new business processes that align with our strategic objectives.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of our payroll platform and its functionalities.
  • Produce detailed training materials for both business processes and work with vendors to create training materials.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions to employees on new payroll processes and system functionalities.
  • Elicit, document, and refine business requirements.
  • Provide clear and structured business process documentation using Visio or similar tools.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in payroll system implementation.
  • Strong ability to map business processes and document requirements.
  • Proficient in process mapping tools such as Visio or similar.
  • Natural trainer and confident presenter, able to educate users at all levels.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to capture and document unstructured business knowledge.
  • Adaptable, empathetic, and skilled at managing change in a business transformation setting.
