The main objective of this position is to provide financial support to the Travel Partners Member Agents, manage and oversee the credit facilities of TP Members, conduct BSP and bank reconciliations, assist in processing Accounts Payable and Receivable for Travel Partners Holdings, and prepare relevant financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Finance function within the TIN ticketing system.
  • Establish and maintain entries in the TIN Ticketing System.
  • Collaborate closely with the TP Ticketing Team.
  • Conduct weekly BSP reconciliations for Members IATA (high volume).
  • Process and record all relevant journal entries in the TP Accounting System (currently MYOB & SUN).
  • Prepare and execute direct-debit account settlements for TP Members.
  • Collect and analyze supplier overrides for member agents.
  • Calculate and prepare settlements for Members Overrides.
  • Supervise TP Members Debtors.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations.
  • Identify and follow up on unknown transactions.
  • Enter payment files on Westpac COL.
  • Calculate, prepare, and distribute monthly Mobile Agents' RCTls for Month End tasks.
  • Monitor and respond to TP Accounts email inquiries and provide phone support as needed.
  • Generate sales reports and provide analytical insights.
  • Maintain key relationships with the TP Ticketing Support Team.
  • Ensure accurate processing and distribution of TP Members Statements on a weekly basis.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Accounting and Finance, preferably within the Travel Industry.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
  • Methodical approach with consistent adherence to procedures.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to assist others.
  • Ability to use initiative effectively.
  • Knowledge and interest in the Travel Industry.
  • Experience with commercial Finance Software.
