Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to provide financial support to Independent Agents, overseeing and monitoring their credit facilities, completing bank reconciliations, assisting with processing Accounts Payable and Receivable for Travel Partners Holdings, and compiling relevant reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions
  • Monitor and manage agent credit facilities
  • Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable processing
  • Compile and analyze financial reports
  • Collaborate with the offshore team and TP Ticketing Team
  • Enter payment files on Westpac COL
  • Identify and follow up on unknown transactions
  • Maintain the Finance function in Tramada travel management system
  • Participate in systems implementations and migrations
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Methodical and able to follow procedures consistently
  • Exceptional time-management and organisational skills
  • Extensive previous experience in transactional positions, preferably in the Travel Industry
  • Knowledge and interest in the Travel Industry
  • Experience with commercial Finance Software and Tramada Mid Office System
