Principal – Infrastructure Investment – Climate

We are seeking an experienced infrastructure investment professional to join our team at Platinum Pacific Partners. As a Principal, you will play a key role in driving our mission to make great investments that propel positive change focused on decarbonisation, while delivering above market returns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end investment processes, from research and origination to execution and ongoing management
  • Conduct detailed financial modelling and due diligence
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to structure and execute transactions
  • Produce investment summaries, presentations, and collateral
  • Review and finalize legal agreements
  • Portfolio management
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure investment, with expertise in project finance and private equity
  • Additional consideration given to candidates with prior engineering, construction, or project development experience
  • Proven ability to lead transactions and manage investment processes
  • Deep understanding of project finance principles and investment frameworks
  • Passion for decarbonization and technology
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Sydney
