
Procurement Officer Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities and contracts. Your main duties will include monitoring and tracking procurement activity, maintaining records and reports, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry and tracking of procurement activity and contracts.
- Provide proactive administrative and operational support daily by monitoring procurement activity in the procurement mailbox.
- Maintain records, reports, databases and audit documents ensuring compliance with records management requirements, agency and procurement policies.
- Demonstrated experience working with a Financial Management Information System.
- High level of computer proficiency, including but not limited to the Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
- Well-developed communication, organisational and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with internal teams, business stakeholders and external entities to achieve service delivery outcomes.
