Procurement Officer Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for procurement management and contract administration within a dynamic team.

About the Procurement Position
  • Monitor multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring accurate data entry and tracking of procurement activity and contracts.
  • Provide proactive administrative support by monitoring procurement activity in the mailbox.
  • Maintain records, reports, databases and audit documents to ensure compliance with agency and procurement policies.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience working with financial management information systems.
  • A high level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Well-developed communication, organizational and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with internal teams, business stakeholders and external entities to achieve service delivery outcomes.
