About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist Obstetrician to join our team at Mercy Hospital for Women for a 12-month fixed-term position. The successful candidate will provide quality patient-focused care to women and their families, using a holistic approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervised work within the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Departments, including the outpatient department, emergency department, operating theatres, and labour ward.
  • Participate in the on-call roster and contribute to the development of the department.
  • Work collaboratively with the Clinical Directors of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and the broader consultant workforce.

About You:

  • Current FRANZCOG registration.
  • AHPRA Specialist Registration.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
