Role Overview

Clinical Coach Clinician position available to improve clinical team performance across clinics in Queensland, providing ongoing support through coaching education and training programs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Work with State Sales Operations Manager and Clinical Excellence Manager to continuously improve clinical team performance.
  • Provide direct support to clinicians through coaching education and training programs.
  • Assess client hearing loss using various techniques including audiometric tests.
  • Report assessment results in writing and make referrals to medical practitioners as necessary.
  • Recommend solutions for clients with hearing impairments including amplification implantable devices medical interventions and assistive listening devices.
  • Provide counselling advice and information to clients and families as part of overall treatment.
  • Develop and manage noise control and hearing conservation strategies.
  • Provide treatment and management of hearing and communication disorders that may be age related part of a disability or acquired as a result of injury or disease.

Requirements
  • University Audiology qualification or TAFE Audiometry Qualification.
  • Current membership CCP or eligibility for membership CCP of AudA or ACAud.
  • Current QP number or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Solid audiological skills and knowledge.
  • Previous experience developing and delivering training.
  • Previous coaching experience ability to influence behaviour change highly regarded.
  • Excellent customer care and service levels and passion for delivering an amazing client experience.
  • Well-developed interpersonal negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve KPIs.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good team working ability.
  • Commitment to continued professional development.
  • Ability to learn and understand new software with training.
