Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Coach to join our team. As a key member of our clinical leadership group, you will play a vital role in supporting the performance of our clinicians across Queensland West. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our State Sales and Operations Manager and our national Clinical Excellence Manager to drive continuous improvement and excellence within our clinics.

As a Clinical Coach, you will provide direct support to our clinicians through coaching, education, and training programs. You will work collaboratively with our clinical team to develop and implement strategies that enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching and mentoring to clinicians to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support the ongoing development of our clinical team
  • Collaborate with our clinical leadership team to drive continuous improvement and excellence within our clinics
  • Assess and diagnose client hearing loss using a range of techniques, including audiometric tests
  • Report results of assessments and make referrals to medical practitioners as necessary
  • Recommend solutions to clients with hearing impairment and provide aural rehabilitation programs
  • Provide counseling and advice to clients and families as part of overall treatment
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A University Audiology qualification or TAFE Audiometry qualification
  • Current membership (CCP) or eligibility for membership (CCP) of AudA or ACAud
  • Current QP number or eligibility to obtain one
  • Solid audiological skills and knowledge
  • Previous experience developing and delivering training
  • Previous coaching experience, with ability to influence behaviour change highly regarded
  • Excellent levels of customer care and service, and a passion for delivering an amazing client experience
  • Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to achieve KPI's
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good team working ability
