Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Collaborate with the Supervision Team and Show Leadership Team to plan, implement, and deliver compositing projects.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the Compositing team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality work.
- Client Management: Manage client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the Compositing team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality compositing work.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve compositing processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading a compositing team on multiple large feature/episodic projects.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in compositing, including proficiency in software such as Nuke, Maya, and Photoshop.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
