Senior Compositing Supervisor

As the Senior Compositing Supervisor at Industrial Light & Magic, you will play a pivotal role in leading our compositing team to deliver exceptional results. You will work closely with the Supervision Team and the Show Leadership Team to plan, implement, and deliver projects that meet the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee all aspects of 2D compositing, determining technical approaches and providing technical leadership to achieve desired results.
- Collaborate with Production and CG Supervisors to design workflows and ensure efficient throughput of assigned shows.
- Participate in color management, including scanning photography and internal color management systems, to ensure color consistency of ILM's work.
- Ensure proper clean-up, documentation, and archiving of projects after completion.
- Interface with other departments to ensure seamless combination of work from other disciplines.
- Proven experience as a compositing team lead on multiple large feature/episodic projects.
- Ability to provide feedback to artists and stakeholders of all levels, encouraging and mentoring teams to produce high-quality work.
- Accountability and responsibility for the morale of team members, being forthcoming with expectations and promoting a positive work environment.
