Support Worker Opportunity

The Support Worker plays a vital role in assisting individuals to pursue their interests, achieve their lifestyle goals, and develop new skills. This includes providing assistance with daily living tasks such as personal care, meals, and household chores, while also promoting meaningful engagement within their home and community environments.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Police check
  • Manual Handling training (or willingness to obtain)
  • Access to a car and driver's license

Key characteristics of a suitable candidate include:

  • A positive, reliable approach to support people of all ages and backgrounds
  • Demonstrated experience working with individuals who may have complex support needs in different environments
