About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Workplace team as a Workplace Operations Coordinator. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Workplace Manager and team, ensuring the smooth operation of our workplace facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Ensure compliance with all role-specific Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) obligations, and assist in maintaining a safe and functional agile working environment.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Workplace Manager and team, including handling ad-hoc requests, coordinating maintenance, and managing meeting room equipment.
  • Communication: Liaise with cleaning contractors, manage security systems, and handle staff and visitor security passes.
  • Procurement: Handle procurement of stationery, office equipment, and consumables, and manage finance-related tasks, including invoicing and cost recovery.
  • Event Support: Provide technical AV support and assist with internal and external events.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma (or equivalent).
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable and confident with technology, able to learn processes and troubleshoot problems calmly and quickly.
  • Communication Skills: Confident providing instruction and assistance to internal and external clients at all levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Teamwork: A self-starter who can work independently, but also contribute proactively to a strong team environment.
