About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Architect to drive the delivery of key platform capabilities using AWS and Kubernetes.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead architectural design decisions, enhance automation, and champion security and compliance across the platform.

The successful candidate will have expertise in AWS cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and Big Data processing technologies such as Hive, Spark, and Starburst Presto.

  • Drive the delivery of critical platform capabilities using AWS and Kubernetes.
  • Define technical roadmaps and lead architectural design decisions.
  • Design, develop, and deploy new capabilities for the Corporate Data Hub Platform.
  • Enhance automation, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring practices.
  • Champion security, compliance, and risk management across the platform.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 6+ years of enterprise experience as a Cloud / DevOps / Data Engineer.
  • Expertise in AWS cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and Big Data processing technologies such as Hive, Spark, and Starburst Presto.
  • Strong scripting skills, particularly with Python and Bash.
  • Proven ability to build consensus and drive technical decisions.
  • A proactive approach to production stability, cost management, and platform improvements.
