Cloud Architect Position

A professional with cloud expertise is sought to drive the design and delivery of solutions across multiple platforms. Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with security, networking, and cloud adoption teams to design and implement hybrid cloud and cloud-native solutions.

This involves capturing requirements from stakeholders, internal teams, and vendors to create cloud-based solutions that align with business objectives, technology strategies, and best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate existing infrastructure to define standards, strategies, and roadmaps for seamless migration to Azure.
  • Implement and maintain security controls to ensure compliance requirements are met and data and applications are safeguarded.
  • Support teams in migrating solutions to the Azure Enterprise-Scale Landing Zone Framework.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an Azure Architecture role with hands-on solution design, governance, policy enforcement, and development of architecture standards, templates, and patterns.
  • 5+ years' experience in infrastructure support/administration with proven capability working in hybrid cloud environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure services, Infrastructure as Code, automation, scripting, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
  • Demonstrated experience in cloud migration, application readiness assessments, server builds, data migration, and performance tuning within Agile and DevOps environments.
