Cloud Solutions Expertise

As a Cloud Solutions Expert, you will play a key role in supporting our business-to-business technology experts with pre-sales technical support, solution design, and enablement.

Key responsibilities include assisting partners with onboarding accounts into cloud platforms, providing pre-sales technical support and solution design, guiding resellers in architecting cloud solutions that are secure, scalable, and cost-effective, and delivering workshops, training, and enablement sessions to uplift partner technical capability.

Additionally, you will collaborate with account teams and internal stakeholders to drive adoption, uplift partner capabilities, and position us as the go-to cloud solutions aggregator.

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing or supporting cloud solutions.
  • Solid understanding of cloud core services.
  • Knowledge of security, compliance, and cost optimisation best practices.
  • Experience with hybrid cloud architectures and migration strategies.
  • Familiarity with containers and serverless technologies.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for partner enablement.
  • Relevant certifications in cloud technologies.
