Senior Cloud Engineer Role
This is a senior-level engineering position focused on designing and developing cloud-based infrastructure solutions. As a member of the cloud team, you will work collaboratively to drive business growth and innovation through cutting-edge technology.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud computing, particularly with AWS services such as EKS, EC2, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, and S3. They will also possess strong foundational knowledge of computer engineering principles and be proficient in at least one programming language, such as Golang or Python.
This role involves architecting scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architecture solutions that meet business needs while minimizing risks. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading discussions, scoping solutions, and supporting product teams and leaders with real-time answers to cost-related questions.
You will partner with engineering teams to improve their cloud architecture with cost optimization in mind. Additionally, you will champion FinOps culture by inspiring others across the organization to adopt FinOps thinking and empowering teams to make informed decisions about resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop cloud-based infrastructure solutions

Architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architecture solutions
Lead discussions, scope solutions, and support product teams and leaders with cost-related questions
Partner with engineering teams to improve cloud architecture with cost optimization in mind
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Extensive experience in cloud computing, particularly with AWS services
Strong foundational knowledge of computer engineering principles
Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Golang or Python
Ability to design and develop scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architecture solutions
