Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive results.

You will work closely with the Executive General Manager of Marketing to define the overarching marketing strategy for projects, overseeing daily account management and project marketing activities. Your role will also involve developing lead acquisition and conversion strategies to provide qualified leads to the sales team.

In addition, you will oversee the production of marketing assets such as renders, photography, video shoots, aerials, floor plans, stage releases, and general marketing collateral. You will be involved in the development of copy for various marketing materials, including EDMs, SMS, and social posts.

Your experience in residential property marketing/land lease knowledge is essential, with a minimum of 4 years' experience. You will have demonstrated experience in management of project-based marketing activities, a growth mindset, and ability to work collaboratively within the team, wider business, and with agencies.
