Job OverviewAs a leader, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our property, working closely with your team to deliver high-quality services that cater to each participant's unique needs and goals.

- Facilitate regular team meetings and monthly supervision sessions to maintain best practices
- Support the team in understanding and managing participant risks
- Proven experience supporting mental health and individualised support plans
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve outstanding results
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time, solve problems, and organise resources while maintaining quality outcomes
- Familiarity with available community services, networks, and supports
- Desire to join a purpose-driven organisation that values diversity, respect, and growth
