Responsibilities
  • Model effective person-centred practice and lead by example
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and development to your team members to address their learning needs and build capability
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality services are delivered, aligning with each participant's plans and goals
  • Ensure effective onboarding, orientation, and development for new team members, fostering engagement and growth
  • Facilitate regular team meetings and monthly supervision sessions to maintain best practices
  • Support the team in understanding and managing participant risks
About You
  • Proven experience supporting mental health and individualised support plans
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve outstanding results
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time, solve problems, and organise resources while maintaining quality outcomes
  • Familiarity with available community services, networks, and supports
  • Desire to join a purpose-driven organisation that values diversity, respect, and growth
