Residential Property Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to oversee our growing residential portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse range of properties, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a large portfolio of residential properties
  • Monitor and manage arrears, liaising with tenants and landlords as necessary
  • Conduct regular inspections and detailed condition reports for ingoing and outgoing tenants
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates
  • Manage termination notices and represent the company at tribunal hearings
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A positive attitude and passion for property management
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
  • Success in dealing with complex property management issues
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A self-motivated individual with a drive to deliver results
  • Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Minimum 1 year's previous experience working in a similar role
  • A reliable motor vehicle and valid driver's license
