About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team and support a large number of projects that will enhance our technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop instructional materials, including courses, workshops, and e-learning modules, based on analysis and educational objectives.
  • Regularly review and update learning materials and resources by integrating feedback.
  • Conduct training needs analyses and develop training plans.
  • Handle administrative L&D tasks.
About You
  • Minimum 4 year's experience in a Learning Development role where you have delivered to large, complex and business wide critical projects.
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing both digital and in-person learning solutions.
  • Proven experience in managing and deploying learning content within Learning Management Systems.
  • Strong business communication skills where you can excite and engage an entire business and also adapt your message to specific stakeholders.
  • Passion for training to ensure effective uplift and adoption.
