Instructional Designer Contract Opportunity

Lime Recruitment is seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team on a contract basis. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and effective learning experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality instructional materials, including online courses, user guides, and multimedia training modules.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop course content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Develop detailed storyboards, templates, and resources to support the production of learning solutions.
  • Build knowledge and skills within the business teams on the development, editing, and management of support materials.
  • Develop trainer manuals, rubrics, and other teaching tools to support the delivery of learning experiences.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in instructional design, with a focus on developing learning resources and technologies.
  • Proven ability to integrate adult learning theory and instructional design methodology into learning solutions.
  • Experience with online learning development and associated technologies, including SCORM, Learning Management Systems, and authoring tools.
  • Highly developed writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and adherence to documentation standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks, managing competing pressures and meeting tight deadlines.
