The role of Customer Service Lead is a vital part in our organization. We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and manage a customer service team that provides exceptional service delivery.
This position requires collaboration with cross-functional departments to ensure comprehensive service delivery and build strong relationships internally and externally.
Key responsibilities include managing customer service/sales support team activities, coordinating customer service and sales support, and ensuring the highest level of quality, service, and efficiency to all customers.
RequirementsFor this role, we require:
- Experience in a related Sales, Customer Service or Sales Support leadership role;
- A sound understanding of Inventory Management principles;
- Previous experience delivering excellence in customer service;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with strong written, verbal and presentation skills;
- Proficient using the MS Office suite of products;
