Job Title: High Salary Contract Administrator
At Bouygues Construction, we deliver nation-shaping projects across civil infrastructure, engineering, and energy and services. Our local experience is underpinned by significant global expertise and resourcing.
About the RoleAssist in contract administration and negotiate with sub-contractors for quotations and contract letting. Prepare tender package documentation, liaise with site teams, and manage contracts in Maximo and Contracts register.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue tender package documentation.
- Liaise with site teams to ensure timely recognition of notices.
- Maintain a register of notices.
- Manage contracts in Maximo and Contracts register.
- Understand and interpret scope of works for each subcontracted section of works.
- Ensure procurement schedules are developed to reflect delivery requirements.
- Promptly attend to and manage claims/disputes.
- Ensure that insurances are in place, adequate, and current for Sub Contracts.
You will have a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Economics, Quantity Surveying, Law, Commerce or equivalent. Postgraduate qualifications and relevant commercial administration experience are also required.
Develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.
