An exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator to join the team delivering one of South Australia's largest master-planned community. This landmark development will transform the state's residential landscape and set a new benchmark for community living.

About the Role

Reporting to senior commercial and project leaders, you will be responsible for contract management, financial oversight, and ensuring all project activities meet compliance and governance standards. This is a pivotal position that supports both the commercial and delivery functions, ensuring the smooth running of one of South Australia's most significant developments. Office is based only 30 minutes north of Adelaide CBD.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage contracts, including assessing and processing claims, variations, and extensions of time.
• Maintain accurate financial records, cost reports, and cashflows.
• Support procurement processes, including tender preparation and evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with governance, contractual obligations, and approval frameworks.
• Liaise with internal project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure contractual and financial alignment.

About You

• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within the property, construction, or civil infrastructure sectors.
• Strong understanding of contract law, tendering, and procurement processes.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
• High proficiency in financial reporting and project documentation.
