Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Mobile Home Lending Specialist. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on customers' financial lives by delivering personalized lending solutions.

About the Role:
  • This is a dynamic position where no two days are ever the same. You will be given flexibility and autonomy to prioritize your own workday and arrange meetings with customers via Zoom or face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Determine customers' financial goals and aspirations by asking insightful questions.
  2. Deliver tailored solutions to meet customers' needs, building trusted relationships along the way.
  3. Expand your portfolio of customers and build high-quality referral networks.
  4. Gauge and maintain relationships to create business opportunities, referrals, and community presence.
  5. Suggest our suite of Lending products to customers and clearly articulate their features.
  6. Demonstrate and promote our core values, focusing on delivering a professional, seamless, and efficient service.
Requirements:
  • Established experience in Home/Mortgage Lending or Credit products.
  • Self-motivation and dedication to work in a highly autonomous role.
  • Charisma, drive, ambition, and a genuine appetite to help customers achieve their financial goals.
  • Possession of exceptional communication skills and superior stakeholder management experience.
